Eras :
Era IIIb : from 1956 to the end of the sixties. Third class has disappeared, yellow strips for first class coaches, old markings.
Era IVa : from the end of the sixties to 1974. The UIC markings appear. New liveries : Capitole, TEE and 160.
Era IVb : from 1975 to 1985. After introduction of Corail coaches, new class logos, green strips for the second class.
Era Va : from 1986 to the end of the nineties. Hollow SNCF logo. First regional TER liveries with the choice of 4 colours. Broad use of the concrete livery for electric locomotives.
Era Vb : from the middle of the nineties to 2006. "Casket" SNCF logo. New liveries : Corail + / multiservices, Fret, TER second generation, Transilien and En Voyage. New "carmillon" logo in 2005 (era VI ?).
Era VI : from 2006 : new "carmillon" logo, new regional liveries. SNCF freight wagons are now owned by France Wagons.
The former eras are not treated in these collections.
